The story revolves around a cop Chan ka Kui (Jackie Chan) who is working on an international mission to catch a Russian spy who has taken away the nuclear warheads. Chan is appointed to recover the warheads. He moves in search of the criminals. However in the course of his journey he meets Annie Tsui (Annie Wu) and develops some feeling for her. Soon he learns that Annie is Jackson Tsui’s sister. Tsui is one of the Russian agents. But when Annie’s father is killed Chan is blamed for the murder. Now both the spies as well as the cops are after him as both the parties consider him to be against them. But Chan is determined to catch the terrorists and prove to the world that he is innocent.
